Twenty five years have past since our first Allen-Bonner family reunion, and looking back, not much seems to have changed.  Of course we have all aged, had children or our children have grown and had children, we drive different cars, and some live in different places, but our desire to come together, our love for each other and our commitment to our families has stayed the same!  The 2010 reunion has come and gone and now we can reflect on our time together and all the fun that took place.

After registering at the gateway to our beloved Lake Siskiyou Campground, we found my way to G-5, the group campsite.  Upon our arrival we were greeted by Edward and Uncle Darryl   The Aunts were happily decorating our "Allen-Bonner Family" banner.
Edward charmed Josie.

Aunt Velta and Kirsten got out the paints for the kids and all were soon covered in a rainbow of colors.  Uncle Gary got in on the fun too!
As we were waiting outside of the bathroom, we watched a lady walk up the road.  "Wow", I thought, "that lady really looks like Aunt Betty, she's dressed like her, her hairs blond, she even walks like her!"...Well guess what it WAS her!! (We had know idea she was at camp yet!!)
Dirty faces abounded in camp!
These were our late night arrivals! At one am Friday morning, Bruce, Rhonda and kids, pulled in to camp!  A group of "late nighters" (to protect the innocent these will remain nameless) wondered what was going on as Bruce pulled up in the ROAD next to the fire pit, turned off his truck and threw it into park!
There was lots of baby holding  going on...
and hula hooping...
some of us rocked out...
or took a nap...
there was also lots of good old fashion eatin and talkin...
and some silly games played...
